V2C Recommended Cocktails & Mixers

In addition to your own bar experiments we've compiled a couple of recipes we came across over the years. We've tasted many tonic waters and spend hours at the bar looking for these great cocktails. Happy mixing!

V2C Classic gin and tonic

50ml V2C Classic Dutch Dry Gin
150ml Fever Tree Indian Tonic Water

Fill a highball glass or copa with a lot of ice cubes. First pour the V2C Classic Dutch Dry Gin in the glass followed by the tonic. Add the tonic gently to maintain as many bubbles as possible. Using a bar spoon stir once. Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger, fresh lemon and a few juniper berries. 
 


piere rosé

40ml V2C Dutch Dry Gin
10ml fresh lemon juice
10ml Rose syrup
75ml MVSA Cava Brut

Fill your shaker with ice cubes and add the V2C Dutch Dry Gin, lemon juice and rose syrup. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice cubes. Top with 75ml Cava. 

Garnish with lemon zest and dried rose leaves.

 

 


V2C orange Negroni

30ml V2C Orange Dutch Dry Gin
30ml Red Vermouth (e.g. Martini Rosso or Carpano Antica Formula)
30ml Campari

Fill your mixing glass with ice and add the V2C Orange Dutch Dry Gin, red vermouth and Campari. Stir well and strain into your cocktail glass or low ball (on the rocks). 

Garnish with fresh orange zest. 

 


The French 95

35ml V2C Oaked Dutch Dry Gin
20ml lemon juice
30ml simple syrup (1:1 water and sugar)
40ml fresh orange juice
75ml MVSA Cava Brut

Fill your shaker with ice cubes and add V2C Oaked Dutch Dry Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and the orange juice. Mix well and strain into your glass. Top with the cava and garnish with a slice of fresh orange.
